Nokia PureBook X14 thin-and-light laptop launched in India at Rs 59,990

 

The Flipkart-exclusive laptop will be available for preorders from December 18, 2020

Flipkart on Monday launched in India the Nokia PureBook X14 laptop , marking the brand’s entry in to the laptops segment. The Nokia PureBook X14 comes with 10th Gen Intel Core i5 processor, priced at Rs 59,990. The Flipkart-exclusive laptop will be available for preorders from December 18, 2020. The Nokia PureBook X14 is touted to be 1.1 kg in weight and 16.8mm in form-factor. It sports a 14-inch fullHD screen with support for Dolby Vision high dynamic range (HDR).

Besides, the Nokia PureBook X14 supports Dolby Atmos for headphones.

Facebook parent Meta's social VR platform Horizon hits 300,000 users

  Meta's social virtual reality (VR) platform Horizon has reached 300,000 monthly users, a growth of 10 times since its roll-out in early December. According to a report in The Verge, Meta spokesperson Joe Osborne confirmed this, saying it included users of Horizon Worlds and Horizon Venues which is a separate app for attending live events in VR. Horizon Worlds was rolled out to Oculus Quest VR headset users in the US and Canada in early December. "It's time. 10,000 worlds have already been created. Drop in and play, build or just hang out.
