Samsung returns to India's laptop market, launches Galaxy Book2 series

 

Samsung on Thursday launched its flagship PC line-up of Samsung Galaxy Book2 series and Galaxy Book2 Business powered by 12th Generation Intel Core processor along with Galaxy Book Go powered by Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 Compute Platform in India at a starting price of Rs 38,990.

The new range of notebooks will be packed with advanced security and come with ultra-portable designs and productivity features to help consumers conquer the new reality of a hybrid work environment, the company claims.


"We have launched the new PC line-up keeping in mind growing needs of consumers with best-in-class performance, design, and collaboration to provide our users a unique experience to enhance their productivity.   Tech major Garmin on Thursday launched its latest premium smartwatch -- Fenix7 Series and epix, as it expands its wearables business in India. Garmin Fenix 7 series is the industry's first smartwatch with a built-in flashlight and also has an array of features like enhanced solar cell efficiency and longer battery life. Facebook parent Meta's social VR platform Horizon hits 300,000 users

  Meta's social virtual reality (VR) platform Horizon has reached 300,000 monthly users, a growth of 10 times since its roll-out in early December. According to a report in The Verge, Meta spokesperson Joe Osborne confirmed this, saying it included users of Horizon Worlds and Horizon Venues which is a separate app for attending live events in VR. Horizon Worlds was rolled out to Oculus Quest VR headset users in the US and Canada in early December. "It's time. 10,000 worlds have already been created. Drop in and play, build or just hang out.
